Your choices

Optional analytics and Microsoft Clarity recordings run only after you choose Accept. Use “Privacy choices” to withdraw. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional tracking. The website and enquiry form work without analytics.

First-party analytics

Hassali Tech records consented page paths, timestamps, an opaque visitor and session identifier, referrer domain, campaign tags, meaningful clicks, scroll milestones, visible engagement time, browser errors, and general device/browser information. Sensitive query strings and form values are excluded. We do not fingerprint you or discover anonymous email addresses.

IP addresses and approximate locations

Our server observes your network IP. When analytics is permitted, an encrypted copy is retained for up to 24 hours by default, accessible only to an administrator. Approximate country, region and city may be resolved locally using DB-IP Lite. VPNs, proxies and shared networks can change these estimates; they are not your precise physical location. Web-server security logs are separate from optional analytics.

Microsoft Clarity

When you choose Accept and Clarity is configured, Microsoft processes page interactions to provide session recordings, click/scroll heatmaps, and usability insights. Form fields and sensitive content are masked. We pass opaque identifiers rather than names or email addresses. See Microsoft’s privacy statement. Clarity’s retention and international processing are governed by its service terms.

Enquiries you submit

We securely store the name, email, company if provided, website, selected service and message you voluntarily submit so we can respond. If analytics consent is active, we may associate the enquiry with that consented visit. Without consent the enquiry remains unlinked. Enquiry messages are encrypted in the analytics database. We do not record raw field keystrokes.

Retention and access

By default, analytics events and sessions are deleted after 90 days and enquiries after 365 days. Administrators can shorten retention, delete records and securely export authorized data. Optional analytics cookies/identifiers expire after 180 days; sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. Provider reports are separately identified from first-party statistics.
